Changzhou Metro Line 1

Changzhou Metro Line 1 is the first subway line to start construction in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. Construction started on October 28, 2014 and opened for operation on September 21, 2019. The logo color is red.

Changzhou Metro Line 1 runs north-south, starting from Xinbei District Forest Park Station in the north, passing through Tianning District, and ending at Nanxiashu Station in Wujin District in the south. The line connects Changzhou North Railway Station, Changzhou Olympic Sports Center, Changzhou Citizen Square, Changzhou Station, Cultural Palace, Wujin District Administrative Center, Changzhou University City and other important nodes.

As of July 2019, Changzhou Metro Line 1 has a total length of 34.24 kilometers, including 31.635 kilometers of underground lines, 2.189 kilometers of elevated lines, and 0.413 kilometers of transition sections. There are a total of 29 stations, including 27 underground stations and 2 elevated stations; The average station spacing is 1.2 kilometers; the trains are 6-car B-type trains.
