Xuzhou Metro Line 3

Xuzhou Metro Line 3 is the third subway line opened in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. Construction started on August 29, 2016. The first phase of the project will be opened on June 28, 2021. Its logo color is Technology Blue.

Xuzhou Metro Line 3 is a north-south auxiliary backbone line that runs through the north-south development axis of the Laocheng District, covers the northeast and southwest radiating passenger flow corridors of the city, connecting Jinshanqiao Area, Gulou District, Yunlong District, Quanshan District and Tongshan District.

As of June 2021, Xuzhou Metro Line 3 has a total length of 18.13 kilometers, all of which are underground lines; there are a total of 16 stations, all of which are underground stations; the trains use 4-car B-type trains.

The operation and opening of Xuzhou Metro Line 3 marks the smooth realization of "three-line networking" operation of the first phase of the Xuzhou Metro construction project (Phase I of Lines 1, 2 and 3), which will become a passenger flow corridor in the northeast and southwest of the city, guiding and promoting the development of Jinshan Bridge Area and Tongshan New Area.
