Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic objectives, responsible for the construction and management of the company's overall operation system, to provide specific feasibility of the company's operation strategy planning;
2. Responsible for the overall planning, marketing, promotion of platform products, analysis of conversion rate, continuous improvement of operation quality, formulation of various indicators and annual development plans for platform operation;
3. Establish and perfect operation management system and implementation method, responsible for business objectives such as business order volume, transaction volume and user volume, lead the team to set and decompose objectives, and promote the company's annual sales target to be achieved;
4. Responsible for tracking platform operation data, using big data analysis, accurately analyzing user behavior and product portfolio, promoting and improving user experience and product portfolio, and enhancing product value and user stickiness;
5. Pay attention to the characteristics and trends of different countries and regions, make corresponding market analysis, and use it for operational decisions; monitor changes in various indicators of users, and provide timely warning of problems.
6. Plan marketing plans and continuously innovate targeted and efficient market customer acquisition models based on data analysis and operation practices;
7. Integrate resources, find partners, be responsible for external communication with partners, implement progress control, and be able to consolidate cooperative relationships;
8. Coordinate with relevant departments to continuously improve user experience and promote user growth, activity, retention, and loyalty development.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in Internet platform operation and management;
2. Have a deep understanding and sensitivity in the field of foreign trade and the Internet industry, have rich professional knowledge; be able to keenly grasp the development trends of the Internet;
3. Have new Internet thinking and Internet innovation planning capabilities, have in-depth and successful practical experience in the Internet business model, especially have overall response strategies for Internet upgrades in the entire foreign trade industry chain environment;
4. Be able to learn new tools quickly, have a rigorous work attitude, be good at communication, have strong expression and coordination skills, and have a good sense of team. Be able to quickly implement cross-department communication and coordination projects;
5. Strong pioneering ability; good business awareness and strategic awareness;
6. Possess market research, brand promotion capabilities, and ability to formulate marketing activity plans.
7. Familiar with cross-border trade, experience in cross-border trade comprehensive service platform or Internet platform management is preferred.
